About Almost Gourmet
Our Story
Almost Gourmet was founded in 2019 by Samuel Gilleylen who is a self-taught chef. He started out preparing his baked hot wings for friends and family at home football games and other gatherings. After being convinced that his food was "restaurant quality" he decided to form a hot wing business.
Upon his interest in becoming a chef he couldn't afford to attend a culinary school at the time thus the name of his business "Almost Gourmet" was coined.
Baked Hot Wings
We offer a 10 -piece signature baked hot wings meal made from seasonings and sauces created by Chef Samuel. Our flavors include Original Mild, Spicy, Lemon Pepper, BBQ or Fire hot served along with
Carrot and Celery sticks and your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for $15.
Our Philosophy
At Almost Gourmet, we believe that food should be both delicious and sustainable to employees while at work. We offer lunch catering to all local businesses within Atlanta and surrounding areas. We also deliver for business meetings, employee appreciations and baby showers. Let us be your company's "Lunch Link" .
